Dogtra keeps improving all the time.  With surestim you know that you have pressed the stimulation button and can handle training with your dog to the precise level you need.
The Surestim is a new technology which allows the transmitter to vibrate after the stimulation button is pressed, allowing the handler to know that stimulation was sent directly to the dog collar.  This model is for dogs over 20 lbs and/or larger breeds.  If you want a collar for smaller dogs check out the Dogtra 7000M.
